There is this really awesome command line tool called NESRomTool. You can use it to extract the and inject the PRG and CHR parts of NES roms.(The PRG is the program part of the rom, and the CHR is the graphics part.) So far I have injected the graphics from Super Mario 3 into Tetris. Haha!
